Kathi joined Granite Financial in July 2025. Her administrative role is to manage processes, programs and functions in the office to ensure the most effective delivery of administrative services to support our firm. Kathi's past employment was working for a global company where she spent 12 years in Human Resources working with a staff of over 150 employees that included six unions. Included within that tenure Kathi played a role in safety and security, and worked with outside organizations i.e. Doors Open MKE and the Girl Scouts of America. After leaving her full-time position, Kathi worked over four years at a senior living community where she supported staff, visitors, and over 200 residents at various levels in life.

Kathi lives in Greenfield with her husband Kurt, and free time consists of enjoying her two grandchildren - Harper 7 and Aiden 3, and helping Veterans. Kathi is a Lifetime Member in the Greendale Women's Auxiliary to VFW Post 10519, and is an active member of the Milwaukee Dancing Grannies. Most weekends are spent marching in parades or participating in fundraisers.
